As your coach, I’m here to help you create real, lasting change—without overwhelm. My approach integrates movement, mindset, and nervous system work to help you develop deep awareness and build habits that align with your goals. We don’t force change; we flow with what is the next best 1%, meeting in the middle and expanding your comfort zone step by step.

The First Session: A Deep Dive into You
Our journey together begins with a 90-minute session ($120) designed to meet you where you are and create a plan that truly fits your life. We work across the five channels of awareness—mind (thoughts & beliefs), imagination (how you visualize change), posture (how you hold yourself), sensations (what your body is telling you), and emotions (your nervous system’s response to challenges).

By understanding these layers, we create a customized action plan that feels safe, aligned, and achievable. We also work with your brain’s natural mission statement: seek pleasure, avoid pain, and do so with as little energy as possible. Instead of fighting this, we use it to make change easier and more sustainable.

Ongoing Support: You’re Not Alone

Transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency and support. I’m in your back pocket between sessions through app support (included in 5- and 10-session packages), celebrating your wins and guiding you through challenges. Whether we meet in person (if available), virtually, or even in your home if you’re local, we design coaching around your busy life.

Led by the dynamic Aimee and her team of experienced trainers, our group classes are the perfect blend of challenge, camaraderie, and personal growth. 

But we’re not just about the physical aspect – our classes also prioritize mental well-being and personal growth. Aimee and her team incorporate mindfulness practices, to help you find balance, reduce stress, and cultivate self-awareness. It’s about nourishing your mind, body, and soul all in one energizing session.

No matter your fitness level or experience, Aimee and her team are dedicated to meeting you where you are on your journey. They’ll provide modifications and progressions to ensure everyone feels challenged and included. With their expert guidance, you’ll be amazed at how much you can achieve and how far you can go.

These full-body workouts mindfully start with CORE activation, MOBILITY, and STABILITY exercises that bring life-changing AWARENESS into your own unique body. 
 
 You then have the opportunity to SAFELY practice using your new insights in a combination of exercises that will improve your deeper core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Think yoga “meeting in the middle” with strength exercises and cardio circuit training.

Our Mom Strong Classes incorporate a diverse range of exercises that target various muscle groups, enhancing your overall fitness. These workouts include bodyweight exercises, resistance training, heart-pumping cardiovascular drills, agility challenges, and core-strengthening movements.

We understand that every mom is unique, so our classes are carefully crafted to accommodate all fitness levels. We specifically address the needs and challenges faced by postpartum bodies, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace.
