Rooted in Somatic Experiencing®️ (developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine) and combined with my certification and mentorship in Somastery (developed by Kaira Mayestra), this approach integrates the 5 Channels of Awareness—Mind, Imagination, Posture (Body), Sensations, and Emotions—to create a holistic movement experience.
Rather than pushing through workouts disconnected from your body’s signals, we use movement as a tool for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance. Whether you’re navigating stress, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more intuitive way to train, this method helps you build strength while honoring your body’s natural rhythms.

I’m Aimee, and I’m not just your average personal trainer; I’m a facilitator of holistic growth and inner exploration. After living a life of leaning into extreme external goals to feel validated by things such as marathons and CrossFit competitions, with multiple burnouts and rebuilding myself back up, I stumbled upon a profound psychedelic experience.
This experience led me to notice that my movements were providing similar responses in my body and in my clients. It sparked a curiosity in the connection between movement and spirituality, setting me on a path of self-discovery and transformation. Then, along came Somastery – the catalyst that helped me fully step into my purpose with authenticity.
Every person that comes to me wants to change behavior in some way – whether it’s nutrition, exercise, or self-love. As your guide, I’m here to lead you through a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, we’ll explore the powerful connection between movement, mindset, and spirituality. My mission is to empower you to tap into your inner strength, embrace your authenticity, and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
I have joined many gyms over the years and have never ever felt more comfortable, safe and most of all loved or encouraged to reach my goals as I do when I am in Aimees class.
